Toronto has been approved by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche as a new Gakyil

We are very happy to announce that we have recently formed a Gakyil in Toronto. Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche has approved it already and we have received many congratulations from the other Gakyils and Gars. Here is the letter from Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche:
