We are very happy to announce that Oni McKinstry, our esteemed Yantra Yoga teacher from Tsegyalgar in Conway Mass. is coming to give us a Yantra Yoga retreat From Friday November 9 to Sunday November 11. The retreat will start on Friday evening for a half session followed by two full days Saturday and Sunday. Oni is an exceptional teacher and with her gentle, firm apporach you will find yourself doing things you didn't think you could do before. May of you have already indicated your interest, so we are going full-steam ahead now! If you are an Early Bird and you register and pay before October 15th your cost will be $130.00 After that it will be $150.00. You will need to commit to the whole retreat otherwise you will not get the benefit. (Of course if you have to miss a small part of it that will be OK). More details will be given shortly.
