We are happy to announce that Toronto Dzogchen Community will have the first Vajra Dance course from April 16-19 2009 (Thur-Sun). The workshop will be held by Bodhi Krause an authorized instructor of Vajra Dance. It is a rare opportunity and we have waited for him for a year and a half!
We will have six 2-hour sessions and learn the dance of OM A HUM. |

We are planning a 4-day Yantra Yoga retreat with Oni McKinstry in February, 2009. A definitive book on Yantra Yoga will be published soon and she will be going on a book tour of various cities (see Norbunet and the Tsegyalgar website). We have currently set our retreat price at 240 CAD. We kindly ask that all those who wish to register, do so ahead of time so we can plan our location and sessions (beginner / intermediate) accordingly. If we will not know this information, there might be some conflicts and collisions later.
